Jmenuju se Ondra, vysokoškolsky studující obor cestovní ruch. Jsem milec čaje, o který se aktivně zajímám a piji více jak čtyři roky (2007) a čaj mě stále překvapuje, učí, rozšiřuje obzory, k čemuž mi též pomáhá práce v telčské čajovně. Mezi další zájmy patří amatérské fotografie, kolo.
Co mě vlastně přivedlo k tomu založit blog? Během doby co piji čaj, mám vždy období, kdy jeden druh piji víc a nořím se do něj hlouběji než do ostatních. Samozřejmě takové preference se vyvíjí a časem mění. Mimo tenhle vývoj však stojí puerh, ke kterému jsem si našel svou vlastní cestu. Čaj puerh se velmi rychle stal jedním z mých nejoblíbenějších čajů. Mám rád jeho rozdílnost, charakter, něžnost i drsnost, energii. Co cihlička, hnízdo, koláč nebo oblast, ze které čaj puerh pochází, to jiný čaj, který má jedinečné vlastnosti. Baví mě sledovat chuťový vývoj každého džbánku a učit se díky čaji novým vůním a chutím. Čaj je výborný společník jak pro samotu když pomáhá zpomalit myšlenky a vychutnat si šálek, tak i na posezení s přáteli při povídání a probírání zážitků. A právě tyhle vlastnosti a zážitky chci zaznamenat, zpoznámkovat a podělit se.
Obzory rozšiřuje nejen samotné ochutnávání, ale i konfrontace s jinými čajaři. Proto zde uvedu blogy a stránky, které pravidelně pročítám, vracím se k nim, a i když ve většině případů autory neznám osobně, autoři některých z nich mě i nepřímo inspirovali k tomu založit blog vlastní a podělit se o vlastní poznámky o čajích.

My name is Ondra, I am studying College of polytechnics with specialization on tourism. Tea is my passion of which I am interested in more then four (2007) years . The tea is powerfull beverage which can energize and calm me down at the same time. Every time I drink the tea it teachs me about tones, taste, aroma. There are many teas and each tea has different strenght of cha qi – tea energy. And these are only few points of many why I love it. On the other hand my hobby is amateur photography and recently I became interested in secrets of fine wine of which I am trying to get more information.
What inspired me to found an own blog at all? I have different preferences during drinking the tea. Sometimes I drink mainly oolongs, sometimes red tea. It is varying from time to time and it develops continuously. But there is also puerh tea. And puerh tea I can drink all the time and I consume it without influence by time. I found my own inner path to the puerh tea and it quickly became one of my most favorite teas at all. I love its character, aroma, origin, gentleness and roughness on the other hand. I often can feel its regenerating tea energy. I am very happy when I have opportunity to feel the taste, smell and aroma of tea. The every single infusion and its unique development between pouring it from pot to the pitcher is great experience. The tea itself is wonderfull companion when I am alone and want to slow down my thoughts from the rush of surrounding world. It’s also magnificent companion when having tea session with friends and discussing very different topics. These mentioned reasons were great inspiration to found the blog, share my feelings and experience with you, readers.
I am also reader of many tea blogs. It helps to confront my experience with other tea-lovers. Above you can see the list of blogs which I am reading on a regular basis. Unfortunately I don’t know majority of blog authors personally but it’s worth to say that many of them indirectly inspired me founding an own blog and share the experience and feelings with the other people.
